Let it RIP

Filming disc golf sometimes means sprinting backwards through the woods, trying not to trip over a tree root while keeping a flying disc in frame. Other times, it’s standing in the rain for three hours just to capture a single throw that sails gloriously into the chains. And then there are the “highlight reels” where half your footage is people searching for a lost disc in tall grass.

But that’s the beauty of production. Whether it’s an obscure sport or a prime-time special, the job is the same:

to make the ordinary look extraordinary, and to capture fleeting moments so they can live forever.
